1. Payment Method
We accept any of the following payment methods :
1.1 Credit and debit cards via Paypal. We recommend Paypal as a method of payment. It offers users additional protection. For details please visit www.paypal.com
1.2 Personal cheque - please allow 6 working days to clear before we despatch goods.
1.3 Postal Order -- Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Carole Tan
1.4 By special arrangement we can accept payment direct to our Bank account, if you require this method please contact us.
2. Postage & Delivery2.1 We aim to charge all our customers for the actual postage costs we incur when we send out your purchases. However our payment system means that when customers buy multiple items the cumulative postage charges sometimes results in you paying more than the cost of sending. In the event that you pay more than £1.00 above the actual mailing charge we will make a point of refunding the difference.
2.2 Your goods will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
2.3 Orders placed after 2.00 pm on a working day will be processed the next working day. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank holidays.
Orders for the ProKit will be delivered via Royal Mail Recorded Service for deliveries in the UK and International Signed For Service for deliveries outside the UK. All other orders will be delivered via Royal Mail first class service in the UK and Airmail Small Packet outside the UKUK deliveries usually takes from 1 to 2 working days. EU deliveries usually takes from 3 to 5 working days or from 4 to 6 working days. Please note that these are time frame provided by Royal Mail and may vary. 2.4 Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
3. Return Policy
We want you to be able to buy from us with confidence, so while we are sure that you will be pleased with your purchases, there may be occasions when you wish to return items to us.
3.1 Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you inform us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we receive them we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
3.2 If you change your mind
If you simply change your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return the goods you have 14 calendar days to do so at your own expense. Once we receive the item we'll issue a refund for the product via your original payment method less our original postage cost.
3.3 Other Reasons
Under normal conditions we do not accept returns if we are notified more than 14 days after you received your order or if the item is used and cannot be sold as new. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any item returned for any other reason than those shown above. However our aim is to maintain the best possible relationship with our customers so if there are special circumstances please contact us and we will see if it is possible to reach an accommodation. That might take the form of an offer to upgrade your item or a partial refund. Any such offer would not affect your statutory rights.

4. VAT (Value Added Tax) and Duty
The items we sell are imported into the UK and we pay VAT and import duties on entry. Customers within the EU should not be liable for additional duty or sales tax. We are also unable to offer any VAT refund to customers whose deliveries are shipped to the UK and EU.
Customers outside the EU may be charged duty or sales tax by their local authorities. We are in no way liable for such charges.
